Job Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software

Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings

Coordinate design revisions and updates with the project and engineering teams

Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards

Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters when required

Conduct site visits and measurements for drafting and drawing verification purposes

Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle

Job Requirements

Proven experience in construction drafting or related field

Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software

Good understanding of construction methods, engineering concepts, and technical drawings

Able to read and interpret construction and design plans accurately

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

Good communication and teamwork skills

Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related discipline preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience working on building or infrastructure projects

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Familiarity with Singapore construction standards is an advantage
