We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Wireless Workforce Management System SME to join our team.

Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields.

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Work Mode: Work from Office

• Prior experience or exposure toWorkforce Management Systems (WWMS), mobile field applications, or enterprise systems such as SAP.

• Experience in designing, developing, and deployingfield service/workforce management systems, such asVerisae ViryaNet G4 / Accruent vField, is a must.

• Ensure accurate, real-time updates ofjob status, meter readings, and follow-up actionsvia mobile or tablet-based WWMS.

• Participate insystem enhancements, testing, and implementationof new digital features or change requests for WWMS and related platforms.

• Experience withscalable meter reading solutionsto support field operations teams in efficient meter data collection and processing.

• Hands-on experience withmicroservices-based, event-driven architectureleveragingApache Kafkato enable scalable, real-time event processing and communication between producer and subscriber systems.

• DriveCI/CD implementation and DevOps automationusingJenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Cloud technologies.

• Createtechnical, functional, and end-user operational documentationfor the software or system.

• Software development experience acrosssoftware design, architecture, development, integration, testing, and support.

• Ensure successful completion of deliverables and alignment with project requirements.
