As a Human Resource Assistant, you’ll gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and people development.

Role Focus

You’ll assist the team with key HR and recruitment activities, supporting candidate attraction, hiring coordination, and the onboarding of new team members. You’ll gain insight into how growing teams manage recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and people development.

What You'll Do

• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding, training, and team engagement activities.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress.
