Key Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Support in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks in the customer service department

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
