岗位职责

We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Financial Wealth Planners. This full-time role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in financial advisory. This career allows for flexibility without an income ceiling. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to holistic financial planning in a supportive team environment.

 

Key responsibilities

Financial Planning & Client Support

  • Support the delivery of holistic financial planning solutions covering protection, wealth accumulation, and legacy planning
  • Learn to conduct client fact-finding, needs analysis, and financial reviews under guidance
  • Assist in preparing financial proposals and advisory documentation
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement


Business Development & Exposure

  • Participate in client engagement activities, workshops, and events
  • Learn client acquisition and relationship management through mentorship and team support
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on outreach initiatives


Training, Licensing & Professional Development

  • Participate in structured training programmes and coaching sessions
  • Prepare for and complete required licensing examinations (CMFAS / RES modules)
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and market developments

Requirements

  • Diploma/A level equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn, self-motivated, and open to coaching
  • Comfortable engaging with people and building relationships
  • Interest in financial planning, personal finance, and professional services


No prior financial services experience required; training will be provided
