About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced

HR Manager

to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and HR compliance, while supporting the organisation's people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations, employee records, leave and attendance matters.

Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee relations and performance management matters.

Coordinate payroll and HR administration.

Advise management and employees on HR policies and Singapore employment requirements.

Support training, employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.

Minimum

5 years of relevant HR experience

.

Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR regulations.

Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Able to handle confidential matters professionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
