Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design Coordination & Management

• Assist in the design coordination between the E&M Design Consultant and the civil/structural design

• Review the E&M Design Consultant’s submissions to ensure they are practical, cost-effective, and fully compliant with the Contract.

• Oversee the E&M site progress and T&C throughout the project.

• Perform other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering. (or an equivalent academic discipline);

• Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE) in the Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Discipline, or an equivalent Chartered Engineer status (e.g., CEng MIMechE/MIET) is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in E&M engineering within the construction industry; Proven track record in managing design consultants and coordinating with site-based RSS/Consultant teams.

• Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license is considered a distinct advantage;

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
