Understand role requirements and develop a clear sourcing and screening plan.
Conduct targeted talent searches using market mapping, Boolean searches, and multiple sourcing channels.
Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain accurate sourcing and follow-up records.
Screen candidates against job requirements and assess their qualifications, motivation, availability, salary expectations, work authorization, and suitability.
Conduct duplicate, ownership and conflict checks before candidate submission.
Prepare complete candidate submissions and meet the 10/15-business-day shortlist timeline.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications with the Recruitment Coordinator.
Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including feedback, offers, notice periods, pre-boarding and commencement.
Ensure timely ATS updates and maintain accurate recruitment data for reporting.
Maintain confidentiality, protect candidate data, ensure proper consent, and disclose any conflicts of interest.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Engineering, or a related technical/science field.
Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting technical Oil & Gas/Energy positions.
At least 15 successful technical placements within any 12-month period in the last 5 years.
Experience coordinating technical interviews and job offers.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
