Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage workers and subcontractors while ensuring good discipline and work productivity.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of construction work meets the required standards.
• Monitor the usage and availability of construction materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health procedures and requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports and report any site issues or delays to the management.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant parties to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Construction, Building Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in construction site supervision is preferred.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
