  • welcome guests warmly, guide them to tables and present menus.
  • answer menu questions, note dietary restrictions, and record food and drinks orders accurately.
  • coordinate with kitchen and staff, then deliver orders promptly.
  • check in during the meal, refill drinks, and handle any concern.
  • deliver bills, process and clear the tables afterward.
  • can stand and walk for long hours, carry trays or heavy items safely.
