岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the proper execution of M&E installations in compliance with approved design drawings and specifications.
Coordinate on-site activities to maintain construction safety and adherence to project requirements.
Verify that all installation methods and materials align with consultant and client approvals.
Liaise with contractors to resolve site installation issues and ensure smooth workflow coordination.
Witness and validate mechanical system testing and submit detailed reports to the Consultant on test results and work progress.
Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (M&E).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on site supervision experience as RTO.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Project software for reporting and progress updates.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
HDB, CAG & DSTA experience will be an advantage.
