We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling technical products and solutions, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate product recommendations, and developing strong long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, quotations, and proposals.
• Explain technical product features, benefits, specifications, and applications clearly to customers.
• Work closely with the technical, operations, and management teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, quotations, and opportunities.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
