Job Overview

We are seeking Process Analysts to support operating model design, process optimisation, and continuous improvement across APAC operations. This hiring covers three positions one Senior Process Analyst and two Mid-Level Process Analysts — who will work on regional initiatives spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Malaysia.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Design

• Conduct current-state process analysis and design future-state process models.
• Map processes using BPMN or equivalent notation.

Change & Stakeholder Enablement

• Identify change impacts across people, process, and systems.
• Facilitate optimization workshops with business and operations stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Tools

• Leverage automation and AI tools for documentation and analysis.
• Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives across APAC operations.

Job Specification

Process Analysis & Modelling

• Ability to conduct current-state process analysis and design future-state models.
• Process mapping using BPMN

Change & Stakeholder Management

• Ability to identify change impacts across people, process, and systems.
• Ability to facilitate optimization workshops.

Tools

• Comfortable leveraging automation and AI tools for documentation and analysis.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Insurance industry background or exposure.
• Cantonese language proficiency (relevant for the resource supporting the Hong Kong team).

Experience Required

Senior Process Analyst

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex optimisation initiatives.
• Strong process modelling and data analysis skills.
• Insurance background preferred.

Mid-Level Process Analyst

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid process mapping and documentation skills.
• Experience in change/transformation programmes.
• Insurance exposure preferred but not essential.

All resources are expected to work on regional work across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and Malaysia. One of the three Process Analysts will work specifically with the Hong Kong team, so Cantonese will be a plus.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
