  • monthly purchasing of ingredients
  • ensure stock is tallied and accounted
  • assist the team in preparing the daily required items
  • assign the kitchen team work tasks rostering
  • liasion with delivery platforms
  • consolidating daily payment reports
  • ensure the food is prepared as per SOP
  • ability to manage the kitchen team seamlessly
