Job Description

·      We are seeking Capital Projects Practitioner - Junior/Senior/Lead Scheduler to independently manage planning and scheduling activities for data center construction projects. 

·      The role will develop, maintain, and analyze integrated schedules, monitor project performance, identify schedule risks, and support project leadership with recovery and mitigation strategies. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Develop and maintain integrated schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.

·       Define activities, sequencing, durations, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths. 

·      Establish and maintain schedule baselines and monitor schedule performance. 

·      Analyze critical path, float, constraints, dependencies, and schedule variances. 

·      Track project progress and prepare schedule reports, dashboards, forecasts, and milestone updates. 

·      Identify schedule risks and delays and recommend appropriate mitigation and recovery actions. 

·      Perform what-if analysis, schedule impact assessments, and scenario planning. 

·      Develop recovery and acceleration schedules when required.

·       Review contractor and supplier schedules and integrate them into the overall project schedule. 

·      Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, contractors, and client stakeholders.

·       Maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC).

·       Maintain schedule records, historical data, and lessons learned. 

·      Provide technical guidance and review the work of Junior Schedulers.

·       Escalate significant schedule risks, delays, and issues to project leadership. 

Minimum requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Planning, or Project Controls. 

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls. 

·      Proven experience managing complex construction schedules independently. 

·      Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule logic, baselines, float analysis, milestones, and progress measurement.

·       Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). 

·      Experience in schedule risk analysis, forecasting, impact assessment, and recovery planning. 

·      Experience reviewing contractor schedules and integrating multiple project workstreams. 

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

·      Ability to manage assigned projects independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
