Join ANAKE as a Customer Service Executive!
If you love talking to people, keeping things organised and making customers feel genuinely cared for, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for someone who is positive, energetic and ready to take on new challenges as ANAKE continues to grow. You’ll be the friendly connection between our clients and our team — helping to create a smooth, welcoming experience from the first enquiry to the post-treatment follow-up.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the friendly voice behind our calls, messages and emails and make every client feel special
Assist clients with enquiries about our services, promotions and packages
Schedule appointments and coordinate with our therapists
Follow up with clients and gather feedback after their visits
Handle concerns professionally and turn challenging situations into positive experiences
Support the planning and execution of membership and loyalty programmes
Maintain client records accurately and confidentially
Work closely with the team to ensure every client receives a smooth ANAKE experience
You Might Be Our Person If You...
Enjoy communicating and building relationships with people
Are organised and somehow always know what needs to be done next
Can multitask without losing your smile
Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
Enjoy working in a fun, fast-moving environment
Have previous customer service or administrative experience — a bonus, but not everything!
Are fluent in English and Mandarin, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
Flexible Working Arrangements (Hybrid)
3 - 4 days in the office
WFH days = stay reachable & on standby, but no active work is required unless necessary!
A little office time, a little home time — best of both worlds!
