A Day in the Life:

• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to implement internal communication strategies that align with company objectives and values
• Assist in preparing and publishing internal communications, including newsletters, thought leadership features, and employee updates
• Support engagement initiatives and internal campaigns to strengthen company culture
• Manage internal social media content with a focus on employee and human-interest stories
• Create, edit, and optimise video content for internal channels
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery of internal messaging

What We Are Looking For:

• Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in internal communications or related roles
• Strong writing and editing skills for internal audiences
• Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (basic to intermediate level)
• Familiarity with communication platforms, including email systems, intranet, and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple internal projects and deadlines efficiently
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills
