About the Company

Our client isa fast-growing, venture-backed US technology company helping independent, family-owned restaurants compete with large chains. By combining AI with real human operations, we help restaurants manage phone orders, delivery logistics, and marketing—allowing them to grow while reducing costs.

What You'll Do

As our Data Scientist, you'll work closely with the Growth Marketing team to turn data into business decisions. You'll help us understand what's working, what's not, and where we can grow faster.

Your responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and analytics models using Snowflake and Lightdash.
• Analyze marketing funnels to identify where leads are dropping off and recommend improvements.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, ensuring experiments are statistically sound and produce meaningful business insights.
• Build predictive models to identify the restaurants most likely to convert into customers.
• Combine data from platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce, Brizo, and other marketing tools to generate actionable insights.
• Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and performance issues before they become business problems.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred).
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, statistics, and predictive modeling.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and data modeling.
• Experience working with data across multiple platforms and connecting different data sources.
• Able to translate complex data into simple, actionable business recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership.
• Must be able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to support collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and business needs.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
• Experience with growth marketing analytics or customer acquisition.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, or data automation workflows.
