Project Description:

• We're seeking an experienced Java Developer with DevOps/Infrastructure knowledge to join Data Centre Migration Project for one of our Banking Customer.

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
• • Design and deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• • Ensure security best practices are followed throughout all stages of development and deployment.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• • Collaborate with software engineers, QA analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development and DevOps.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• • 7+ years of overall experience
• • Java Development - Strong backend Java skills in Microservices, Spring Boot, Collections, Low Latency, Multithreading, and Concurrency
• • Infrastructure & DevOps
• • Good Understanding of:
• - Deployment processes and how to deploy code to servers
• - Server connectivity and management
• - Basic system resource management (RAM, CPU allocation)
• - Containerization (Kubernetes, Podman)
• - Pipeline creation and CI/CD processes
• - Experience in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• • Banking domain experience
• • Financial markets background and worked on trading systems
