Job Title:IoT Solution Consultant

About theRole
We're looking for an IoT Consultant to design, deploy, and supportconnected-asset and industrial automation solutions for our clients — spanningRFID, RTLS, Vision AI, and sensor-based tracking systems. You'll work closelywith clients to understand operational pain points, translate them intotechnical solutions, and guide implementation from proof-of-concept throughfull rollout.

KeyResponsibilities

• Conduct client discovery sessions and as-is process walkthroughs to identify automation opportunities
• Design IoT solution architectures (RFID, RTLS, BLE, vision-based sensing, edge devices) tailored to client use cases
• Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and workshop decks for client presentations
• Lead or support proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and evaluate results against success criteria
• Collaborate with hardware vendors, system integrators, and internal engineering teams to scope and deliver projects
• Define data flows between edge devices, gateways, and platform/dashboard layers
• Support pilot-to-full-rollout transition planning, including cost modeling and phased implementation roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance during client workshops and stakeholder reviews
• Stay current with IoT hardware, connectivity standards (RFID/UHF, BLE, LPWAN), and industrial automation trends

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in IoT solution consulting, systems integration, or industrial automation
• Hands-on knowledge of RFID/RTLS technologies, sensors, or vision-based tracking systems
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs
• Strong client-facing communication skills — comfortable running workshops and presenting to stakeholders
• Ability to produce clear proposal documents, architecture diagrams, and ROI/cost justifications

PreferredQualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or warehouse/logistics environments
• Familiarity with edge computing, MQTT, or industrial IoT platforms
• Exposure to AI/vision inspection systems
• Prior experience with PoC-to-production rollout planning
