Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support
• Prepare Cost build-up and Quotation
• Order Processing and Invoicing
• Handle Import and Export shipment and documentation
• Update sales forecast
• Cross function coordination
• Communication with customers and various stakeholders
• Occasional Travel
• Other duties assigned from time to time

Person Specifications

• Possess at least a Diploma with 5 years sales admin experience / relevant industry experience
• Degree holder with minimum 3 years sales admin experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Knowledge of shipping processes.
• Knowledge in free trade agreement
