Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support social media management, content creation, and website updates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Generate and qualify leads through research and outreach activities.
- Support prospecting efforts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and company-generated leads.
- Assist in conducting sales presentations and product/service introductions.
- Understand client requirements and support the preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the CRM system.
- Support client relationship-building and lead nurturing activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in marketing, sales, and business development.
- Comfortable communicating with prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Confident in engaging potential clients and conducting outreach activities.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and digital marketing.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
