岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Provides site coordination & administrative support to the Project Department
Coordinate with jobsite on day to day materials requirement
Submission of customer’s order for production
Answer site enquiries
Filling, record and update of documents
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
GCE ‘N / O’ Level / NITEC in Office Skills / SPM with 5 “O”
At least 1 to 2 years working experiences
Understand construction drawing will have added advantage
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and independent with positive attitude
