Key Responsibilities

Prior experience or exposure to workforce management systems (WWMS), mobile field apps, or enterprise systems like SAP.

Experience of design, develop, deploy field service / workforce management system such as Verisae Viryanaet G4 / Accruent vField Accruent is a must.

Ensure accurate, real-time updates of job status, meter readings, and follow-up actions via mobile or tablet-based WWMS.

Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new digital features or change requests for WWMS and related platforms.

Experience in scalable meter reading solution to support field operations teams to perform efficient meter data collection and processing.

Hands-on experience in microservices-based event-driven architecture leveraging Apache Kafka to enable scalable, real-time event processing and communication between producer and subscriber systems.

Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Cloud technologies.

Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software or system.

Software development experience in software design, architecture, development, integration, testing & support.
