We are looking for a dedicated, proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, employee development, workforce planning, employee management and payroll-related matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources & Employee Management
- Handle day-to-day HR matters and provide support to employees and management.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation and personnel matters.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, attendance and leave administration.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and company rules are properly implemented.
Training & Employee Development
- Plan, coordinate and monitor employee training programmes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training activities.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support employee development and competency improvement initiatives.
Workforce Planning
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Monitor workforce requirements based on business and departmental needs.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee placement processes.
Payroll & HR Reporting
- Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll.
- Ensure payroll information, attendance, overtime, leave and employee movements are properly updated.
- Prepare monthly HR and payroll reports for management review.
- Ensure payroll and HR records are accurate and maintained confidentially.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in statutory submissions and ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
- Review and improve HR processes, SOPs and documentation.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
- Practical experience in payroll processing and HR reporting.
- Experience in employee training and development will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee relations and employment practices.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, handle confidential information and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Candidates with retail / multi-outlet / fast-paced business HR experience will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
