Process Engineer — Wafer Processing

Job Description:
Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Process Engineer. Our client is looking for a hands-on individual to lead wafer-level processing development for advanced electronic/optical components.

Responsibilities:
Optimize wafer thinning, cutting, and related process parameters to minimize defects

Troubleshoot process abnormalities including warpage, surface defects, and yield issues

Monitor process uniformity and drive continuous improvement

Implement SPC and FMEA methodologies; produce SOPs and NPI documentation

Liaise with external manufacturing partners and internal engineering teams

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical Engineering, or related field

3-5+ years' experience in semiconductor or advanced component wafer processing

Familiarity with DOE, reliability testing, and failure analysis techniques
