ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-volume, fast-paced data entry for accounting and bookkeeping
Handle all types of accounting jobs across diverse industries.
Prepare and submit tax return/GST return for clients.
Timely preparation of client's accounts and financial reports to avoid late lodgement with ACRA & IRAS etc.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
Multi-tasking and work independently with self initiative.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
NITEC or Professional Certification/Certificate and above
Minimum 2 years experiences (Preferably in CPA firm) is a plus
Ability to manage full set accounts and meet data entry performance targets (e.g. transaction processing volume per hour)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Xero)
Experience with HR software (e.g. Talenox) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
