Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on HR & Admin Executive with a primary focus on the administration and welfare of our foreign workers.
This is not a purely desk-based position. The role involves travelling to various locations in Singapore to coordinate and resolve administrative and welfare matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle foreign worker administration including Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations, medical examinations, insurance and related MOM requirements.
- Monitor expiry dates and maintain accurate foreign worker records.
- Arrange and monitor workers’ training, certification, CoreTrade/Multi-Skill/R1 registration and renewals.
- Source and coordinate suitable worker accommodation, including liaising with property agents and landlords, arranging viewings, tenancy matters and workers’ move-in/move-out.
- Attend workers’ accommodation when required and assist in resolving accommodation and welfare issues.
- Liaise with MOM, BCA, training providers, employment agencies, insurers, landlords and other service providers.
- Provide general HR and administrative support and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- GCE O-Level, A-Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of previous HR or administrative experience preferred.
- Experience handling foreign workers in the construction/engineering industry would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with MOM Work Permit procedures and BCA CoreTrade would be advantageous.
- Organised, resourceful and able to follow up on matters independently.
- Good communication and basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Must be comfortable travelling to different locations within Singapore as required.
- Able to communicate effectively with foreign workers, landlords, agents and service providers.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys a combination of HR administration and hands-on coordination work and is comfortable managing the day-to-day administrative and welfare needs of foreign workers.
