Responsibilities:
Lead daily service shifts and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

Assign staff duties and coordinate team activities to support efficient service delivery.

Monitor customer service standards and ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across the restaurant.

Support inventory checks, stock monitoring, and proper handling of supplies.

Coach, guide, and support junior team members to enhance service skills and performance.

Requirements:
Prior experience in Food& Beverage (F&B) operations is preferred.

A proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.

Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
