Finance Manager | North Singapore

About the Company

Our client is an established Singapore-based group in the environmental services sector, serving a diverse mix of commercial, industrial, and public sector clients. The organization is on a growth trajectory and continues to invest in strengthening its finance function as it scales.

The Opportunity

As part of this growth, our client is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting and finance operations for selected business segments, with the opportunity to contribute to an ongoing finance systems transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end closing; prepare accurate management reports and financial statements
• Lead group consolidation across multiple legal entities
• Oversee Accounts Receivable processes, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Contribute to a finance systems migration project
• Guide and support finance team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (required)
• Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, ideally within a Finance Manager or Senior Finance Executive capacity
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation
• Prior experience in the audit field (Big 4/10 or medium sized firm)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; prior ERP exposure advantageous but not essential
