GCE ‘O’ Level/Higher NITEC with 3 years reception and administrative experience in a secondary school.
Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors, parents, students and staff professionally.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries and general email correspondence.
Verify visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or venue.
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing and record keeping.
Manage keys, access cards, mail and deliveries.
Maintain office equipment, supplies, pantry and storeroom.
Manage stationery inventory, stock checks and purchase requests.
Assist with student registration, transfers and student records.
Prepare letters, forms, notices and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with staff, parents, vendors and other relevant parties.
