We are looking for a skilled and committed Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, quality standards and presentation requirements. Handle daily kitchen preparation, cooking and food production. Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portioning and presentation. Ensure proper food handling, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Monitor ingredients and minimise food wastage. Assist with stock checking, storage and kitchen organisation. Work efficiently during busy service periods and maintain consistent output. Follow food safety, workplace safety and kitchen operating procedures. Perform other reasonable kitchen duties as required.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional cooking experience. Able to work independently and as part of a kitchen team. Able to handle a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays where required. Reliable, responsible and punctual. Candidates with relevant specialised cuisine experience will be considered favourably.

Working Conditions: Full-time position. Shift work and overnight is required. Weekend and public-holiday work may be required according to the operating schedule. Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualifications and relevant skills.
