• 9am to 6pm (Mon to Friday)
• $3500-$4200

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts for three preschool centres.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and account reconciliations.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting and year-end reporting.
• Monitor expenses, cash flow and budget performance.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, tax and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Assist with financial submissions and reporting to ECDA and government agencies.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, consultants and government agencies on finance-related matters.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of local accounting standards, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Experience in the preschool or education is an advantage.
