We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Commerce Lead to drive affiliate-led growth and scale our creator commerce ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing affiliate commerce strategies, growing creator partnerships, and driving GMV performance across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute affiliate commerce strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and GMV growth.
• Build and scale a high-performing ecosystem of creators, affiliates, agencies, and platform partners.
• Develop creator portfolio and audience growth strategies to maximize commercial impact.
• Identify and scale high-potential creator and content opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Own affiliate commerce performance and optimize key growth levers to improve ROI and profitability.
• Partner with Performance Marketing teams to align affiliate initiatives with customer acquisition strategies.
• Establish performance measurement frameworks and provide actionable business recommendations.
• Stay ahead of creator economy, platform, and digital commerce trends to unlock new growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Ecommerce, Affiliate Commerce, Creator Economy, Influencer Marketing, Growth, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Proven track record of driving affiliate-led GMV growth and commercial performance.
• Experience managing large-scale creator, affiliate, or influencer ecosystems.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
