全职 Chef 工作, 薪水 up to SGD 2,800, Kebabs Faktory @ Tanglin Mall 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a Chef to run and manage operations in Kebabs Faktory franchise located in Tanglin Mall.

As Chef, you will be tasked to do the following activities:

1) Prepare food dishes in accordance with Kebabs Faktorys' SOPs.

2) Manage inventory levels.

3) Carry out purchases on WhatsApp groups with suppliers.

4) Oversee mise en place and other food preparations daily.

5) Track food costs and kitchen expenses on regular basis.

6) Ensure that the kitchen is organized and clean at all times.

7) Ensure that all kitchen equipment are in working order.

8) Conduct proper food storage and product handling.

Requirements

1) Minimum 3 to 4 years experience as a chef in quick-service restaurant (QSR).

2) Experience in preparing kebabs, shawarmas, wraps, rolls and bowls.

3) Past experience of working in Middle-Eastern/Mediterranean restaurant.

4) Good organizational and communication skills.

5) Ability to deliver in quick-paced environment.

6) Basic computer literacy like MS Excel and MS Words.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
