UroMedTech is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the ongoing commercialization and growth of our urology medical device portfolio.

In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and work closely with other departments to ensure effective delivery of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, educational resources, and marketing collateral to enhance customer engagement and product awareness.
• Assist in the updating of product brochures, user guides, presentations, digital content, and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns, customer education, and sales initiatives.
• Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for the printing of marketing materials.
• Design and create marketing assets using graphics design software such as Canva.
• Basic video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
• Manage company’s website and social media platforms by creating and scheduling content, and monitoring analytics to track performance and optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Assist trainers and product specialists during on-site and virtual training sessions for our customers, including urologists, medical practitioners, and support staff.
• Travel to customer sites, workshops, and medical conferences as needed to facilitate training programs, provide event support, and represent the company at industry events.
• Manage booth registration, preparation of grant applications, and coordinate booth setup and event logistics for trade shows and industry exhibitions.
• Work closely with sales and operations team to oversee product stock levels and assist with product deliveries where necessary to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
• Undertake other marketing, administrative, and operational duties as assigned to support the company's business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, administration, event coordination, or customer training support is preferred.
• Proficient in relevant image and video editing software such as Canva, Adobe Premier Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, workshops, hospitals, and medical conferences as required.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
