Job Summary

Assist in the day-to-day operations, including service scheduling, customer communication, and documentation. This role will work closely with customers and mechanics to ensure service requests are completed efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Job Coordinator: Organize and track vehicle repair jobs.
• Administrative Support: Preparation of invoices, DOs, and purchase orders, and logging of job details.
• Communication: Engage clients regarding job progress.

Job Description:

• Attend to customer enquiries and scheduling of repair services for the workshop.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, DOs, and purchase order documents.
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services.
• Maintain service records and other relevant documentation.
• Communicate with customers about the progress of work done.
• Check, compare, and record spare parts used.
• Pick parts for the workshop, if necessary.
• Coordinate repairs for vehicle breakdowns, including after-office hours.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the workshop manager.

Requirements:

• Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers (Required).
• Computer literate.
• Able to work independently, self-driven, and willing to learn.

Other Information:

• 6 days work week (Mon to Sat; 9am to 6pm).
• Within 5 minutes walking distance from Gul Circle MRT Station.
• Non-airconditioned workshop.
• No agents.
