Job Description:

Specialist obstetrics and gynaecology clinic at Mount Elizabeth Novena looking to hire full-time clinic assistant.

Job Scope

Perform clinical and administrative duties including handling patient enquiries, scheduling patient appointments, patient registration, booking of referrals/ investigations, cashiering, financial counseling and filing insurance claims
Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations including maintaining clinic medication inventory and proper clinic records
Chaperone specialist, attend to patients, prepare them for examination and assist in minor procedures as required

Requirements

At least GCE ‘O’-level or equivalent
Candidates with previous clinic assistant experience and Plato experience will be prioritized
Good communication and interpersonal skills, patient oriented
Good attitude, able to work in fast-paced environment
Good team-player and ability to work independently
5.5 day work week (Mon-Fri AM/PM and Saturday AM)
