• Assist in implementing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements at the project site.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures, regulations, and company requirements.
• Assist in preparing risk assessments, toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and HSE documentation.
• Supervise and coordinate traffic management activities, including vehicle and pedestrian movement within the work area.
• Ensure proper placement and maintenance of traffic signs, cones, barriers, barricades, and warning devices.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure safe working practices.
• Identify unsafe conditions and practices and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist with incident/accident reporting and investigations when required.
• Conduct regular site inspections and support emergency preparedness activities.
• Perform other HSE and traffic management duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at construction/project sites and in outdoor environments.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, and project management.
