Job Summary

Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of fire protection systems across residential, industrial, commercial buildings, and hotels while coordinating client schedules and preparing service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of fire protection systems in residential, industrial, commercial buildings, and hotels to ensure system reliability and safety
• Communicate clearly and responsibly with clients and team members to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues
• Liaise with clients to schedule servicing appointments and prepare accurate service sheets for record-keeping
• Use MS Word and Excel to create quotations and manage service schedules efficiently
• Communicate effectively in spoken and written English to support clear documentation and client interactions
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaborate effectively with team members; participate in training to enhance job performance
