Job Scope

• Manage daily outlet operations.
• Monitor staff performance and daily tasks.
• Ensure food and service quality is maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Assist with stock checking and inventory.
• Ensure the outlet is clean and organised.
• Support and guide the team during daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or a supervisory role
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage staff and daily operations.
• Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.
• Good customer service skills
