about the role

As a Software Engineer, you will be the core technical architect spearheading the evolution of major enterprise data systems.

• Redesign and transition existing platforms into next-generation, integrated software solutions.
• Drive the internal adoption of AI-assisted software development methodologies.
• Provide architectural oversight to global engineering teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Mentor technical staff and elevate engineering standards to help build a regional center of excellence.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to guide strategic product planning.

skills and experience

• For a Senior Staff level (Minimally 10 years) and For Principal Level (15 years) of hands-on experience in software development and architecture for large-scale systems.
• At least 3 years of direct experience functioning as a software architect.
• Proven capability in delivering software applications on major cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools and working within AI-native engineering environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual models into fully commercialized software products.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with corresponding years of industry experience.
• Familiarity with highly regulated technical environments or quality management systems is highly advantageous.
