Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Contracts Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing commercial and contractual matters across projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to oversee commercial and operational matters, ensuring effective project delivery and risk mitigation

Conduct detailed evaluation and value engineering to optimize project costs and scopes, supporting procurement decisions and award recommendations

Provide expert contractual advice and administer contracts, proactively managing and resolving contractual issues to safeguard project interests

Evaluate and certify Main Contract and Sub-Contract progress claims, variation claims, payments, and final account settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance

Monitor and control project cash flow, budgeting, and cost management to maintain financial health and project profitability

Collaborate closely with Project Teams, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment

Required competencies and certifications

Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

Proficiency in industry contractual practices and familiarity with standard contract forms such as REDAS, SIA, and PSSCOC

Minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience with at least 5 years in a Main Contractor role

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in residential, commercial, and/or institutional projects
