Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Singapore. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic proposals that align MediaOne’s digital marketing solutions with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client presentations and negotiations, collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to scope solutions, and tracking pipeline performance against sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitors, providing feedback on service offerings, preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports, and representing the company at networking events and industry functions.

Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
• Account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide consultative solutions.
• Knowledge of digital marketing domains such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including market research, data interpretation, and planning for revenue growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Relevant experience in B2B services or agency environments; background in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Comfort working on-site in Singapore, with familiarity with regional markets considered an advantage.
