Location: Butterworth

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm (1hr lunch break) Saturday: 8.30am – 2.00pm

Internship Allowance: RM1,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

Support project management and coordination between office, site team, clients, and contractors

Assist in progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), project documentation, and project progress tracking

Prepare quotations, invoices, and support daily sales documentation

Handle customer enquiries and follow up on ongoing cases

Proactively follow up leads and incoming enquiries

Engage customers and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed orders

Coordinate delivery schedules and provide project updates with internal teams

Monitor order progress and assist in payment follow-up

Maintain proper records and assist in documentation works from time to time
