BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To carry out design work based on product drawing/ diagram.

- To complete all job assigned by the Senior Designer on daily basis.

- To prepare new products DFM assigned by Senior Designer for customer

discussion

- To attend customers DFM meeting for product design discussion

- To support Project Team on all new/existing project with the product design.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY:

- To review customer product design; to ensure the product design is feasible for tool making and production processes. Provide counter proposal if needed.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To perform a Mould flow analysis

- Assist in tooling drawing

- Ad hoc task assigned by superior

GUIDANCE:

- The Senior Designer or his appointed representative shall provide necessary guidance.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder

• Experience in CAD / CAM is an advantage

• Some GD&T knowledge

• Able to communicate,read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
