Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments to acquire cross-functional operational and strategic skills
• Collaborate with department leaders to execute projects and support daily business operations
• Take initiative and demonstrate ownership in completing assigned tasks and projects to achieve business goals
• Apply leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to contribute effectively within teams
• Prepare to lead a department by showcasing strengths and capabilities during the training period

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 manual driving license to support operational mobility

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Completion of Food Hygiene Course Level 1 to enhance food safety knowledge
