Responsibilities

Handle project administration, including authority submissions, EOIs, tenders, and fee proposals.

Manage project correspondence, records, filing, and document control.

Coordinate with project directors, architects, clients, consultants, and site teams.

Support ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audit preparation and documentation.

Handle general office administration, meetings, calendars, vendors, and procurement.

Support HR operations for project staff, including timesheets, payroll, leave, and benefits.

Assist with ad-hoc administrative and office improvement tasks.

Requirements

Minimum O Level, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, HR, or related field.

At least 2 years’ experience in project or administrative roles; architecture/construction experience preferred.

Strong organisational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to manage deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and confidential information.
