About the company:
Beecroft Animal Specialist & Emergency Hospital is Singapore's leading independent referral veterinary hospital, located near Labrador Park MRT.
The expert team includes specialists in small animal surgery, internal medicine, neurology, exotic companion mammals, and cardiology, using state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic technology to provide personalized care.
The 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care (ECC) department is fully equipped with advanced facilities and staffed by experienced veterinarians and nurses to handle any pet health emergencies.
In addition to medical and surgical services, the hospital offers care through certified hydrotherapists and rehabilitation professionals, enhancing treatment outcomes and improving the quality of life for pets and their human companions.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Leadership: Train, supervise, mentor and motivate concierge/front-facing staff; assist with manpower scheduling, team meetings, performance feedback and adherence to service standards in collaboration with the HOD/AHOD.
Client Service & Relationship Management: Deliver personalised service, anticipate client needs, manage enquiries and complaints professionally, and build strong relationships with clients.
Front-of-House Operations: Ensure the reception/lobby is organised and presentable, assist with client registration and appointments, coordinate with Front Desk and other departments, and ensure clients are appropriately attended to.
Problem-Solving & Communication: Resolve client and operational issues within established guidelines, escalate complex matters appropriately, and maintain clear communication with clients, staff and management.
Desired skills and experience:
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in a veterinary clinic, medical clinic, or customer service role is required.
Animal Welfare Passion: A strong commitment to providing excellent care to both animals and clients.
Dependability: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with the team.
