Responsibilities

Track project costs and manage budgets to maintain financial control and resource allocation

Identify potential risks early and develop contingency plans to mitigate project disruptions

Communicate project status and updates effectively to stakeholders and facilitate productive team meetings

Conduct quality checks to ensure final deliverables meet established standards and client expectations

Apply leadership skills to motivate teams and resolve challenges during project execution

Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines

Use project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira to plan, track, and report project activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Master's degree in business or a related field

Two to five years of hands-on project management experience
